There are still an awful lot of stereoviews available. So if you don’t want to end up in “the collector’s department” of a madhouse you should focus on specific topics. We know a fellow collector that once turned over a view and decided to go and collect stereoview backsides. No, this guy was not recently discharged from the asylum.
