This is the city of Skikda in north eastern Algeria and a port on the Gulf of Stora, the ancient Sinus Numidicus. View: Dutch issue of an originally French view. Card says in Dutch language “American Stereoscopic Company for Art, Fun and Science”. Nevertheless this is no USA view, but a French one. View has a description below left. But as often with these French issues, we can hardly read it: “Tanger. Palais du Pacha........”. This will most likely be the Pacha’s Palace at Tanger, Marocco.
